If you aren't happy with your print, we gladly accept returns & exchanges within 15 days of your shipment delivery date. If you would like to initiate a return, please email me at ryan@rubber651.com to get your return started. Please do not ship anything back without reaching out to us first and getting a confirmation.
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please email me with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of receipt of product.
Your return / exchange must be approved prior to shipping back and prior to refunds or exchanges are made. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
MORE RETURN / EXCHANGE INFORMATION: The product must be shipped within 15 days from when the order was placed. All products must be returned in the original packaging. Product must be unworn and unused. Any product that is returned, and doesn’t fit these standards, will not be accepted and you will not be refunded. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your return / exchange is received and approved, we will ship your replacement as soon as possible.
